GENERAL CONTRACTING

The project management platform was built for someone else's projects.

The big construction platforms are priced for the ENR 400 and shaped like their workflows. A custom builder running eight homes does not need 400 features; it needs its own fifteen, done right. We build exactly those.

The way it works now

Bids get assembled from sub quotes living in email. Selections and allowances are tracked in a spreadsheet the client cannot see, which turns every upgrade into a dispute. Draw requests are a monthly paperwork event. Sub scheduling happens by text thread, and one delayed framer quietly moves four other trades nobody told.

What custom looks like

  • Bid management that ingests sub quotes into structured scopes, flags coverage gaps, and levels bids side by side.

  • A client selections portal: allowances, options, deadlines, and running budget impact visible to the homeowner, which converts the change-order fight into a change-order click.

  • Draw and pay-app generation tied to schedule progress, with lien waiver tracking that never lets a check out ahead of the paperwork.

  • Sub scheduling where a slipped trade automatically proposes the downstream reflow and notifies everyone affected.

Where agents fit

  • Daily-log assembly from field photos and short voice notes into the record your lawyer will one day thank you for.

  • Permit and inspection tracking against the jurisdiction's portal.

  • Sub-compliance chasing: COIs and W-9s requested, received, and expiration-watched without your office manager doing it.
