POOL SERVICE

The route is the product. The data is the upside.

A pool route is a subscription business with a truck. Every visit generates data: chemistry, equipment condition, filter age. Most companies throw that data in the water. We build systems that turn it into repair revenue and renewal insurance.

The way it works now

Techs test water and eyeball equipment, and what they learn lives in their heads or a checkbox app that nobody queries. Repairs get sold when something fails loudly. Route changes are painful enough that the map stays inefficient for years. And the book of accounts, the single most valuable asset the company owns, lives inside a rented platform.

What custom looks like

  • Visit logging where chemistry readings and equipment condition are structured data trending over time, per pool.

  • A repair pipeline fed by that data: a pump drawing high amps, a filter past its service life, a heater short-cycling all become quoted repairs before they become emergencies.

  • Route management that treats density as the profit lever it is, and makes onboarding a bought route a data import, not a month of chaos.

Where agents fit

  • The agent drafts the repair recommendation and the customer text the moment a reading trends wrong, for a human to approve and send.

  • Seasonal open/close scheduling handled end to end, including the deposit collection.

  • Churn watch: accounts whose service notes or payment behavior look like a cancellation get flagged early.
